We are conveniently located only 4 Miles from the

upcoming Hatfield-McCoy Pocahontas Trail.

From the South off Interstate 77 Take Exit 1:  Just through the tunnel Turn Right onto John Nash Blvd. 2.2 Miles, Turn Right onto 460 E 4.6 Miles, Turn Left  onto 123 W /Airport Road (additional left at stop sign)  8.5 Miles, Turn Right onto 52 N/Coal Heritage Road 2.2 Miles

From the North off Interstate 77 Take Exit 9: Turn right onto 460 W 7.2 Miles, Turn Right onto 123 W /Airport Road (additional left at stop sign) 8.5 Miles, Turn Right onto 52 N/Coal Heritage Road 2.2 Miles

TWO ROOM FULL KITCHEN SUITE RATES:   $110 Per Night first two guests. $15 Per night each additional guest. Extended stay rates availiable.  Rates do not include state sales and local occupancy taxes totaling 12% and are subject to change.

RESERVATIONS/DEPOSITS: One night deposit required at time of reservation using Credit Card by phone (304-589-6222) or in person. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. A confirmation number will be provided once your deposit is accepted. Balance due upon arrival will include all state and local taxes and may be paid using any of the above forms of payment or cash in person. By securing a reservation you are stating you agree with the terms and conditions listed below.

CHECK-IN:Time is 3PM-Early check in may be available-call first. Check in after 6PM may require additional arrangements and or fees. CKECK-OUT: Time is 11AM-Additional day charged if not out by 11AM

CACELLATION: If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so prior to 14 days of your arrival date. You will be charged a non-refundable $25 cancellation fee. There will be no deposit refunds within the 14 day time period. NO SHOW/DELAYED ARRIVAL/EARLY DEPARTURE/INCLEMENT WEATHER: Any monies paid toward reservation deposit are forfeit. No refunds for unused nights. No refunds and or changes to reservation due to inclement weather. LINENS: All bedding and towels are provided. Please place soiled towels in the laundry hamper located in the closet. KITCHEN: Basic cooking and dining items are provided. Please leave the kitchen area including frig, stove, sink, dishwasher, microwave as you found it. In case on an emergency, a fire extinguisher is located in each unit. Each unit comes fully furnished with dishes, silverware, cookware, coffee maker, filters, soaps, towels and cleaning supplies. CLEANING: We do not clean your unit on a daily basis unless requested. An additional fee may apply. Please leave the unit in the same general condition as it was when you checked in. We will dust, mop and sanitize the unit upon your departure. If additional cleaning is required, appropriate charges will be applied to your credit card.UNIT OCCUPANCY: Only the number of guests registered shall occupy the unit at any given time. Violation will result in immediate eviction with no refunds issued. No subletting of unit. SMOKING/SMOKE DETECTORS: Smoking on outside balcony ONLY. Any tampering of a units smoke detectors will result in immediate eviction. PETS: Absolutely NO PETS. BALCONY: No children allowed on outdoor balcony without adult supervision. No grilling or cooking on outdoor balcony. CONDUCT: Please be respectful of other guests. Keep noise levels to a reasonable volume. Disturbances due to loud noises, drunkenness, immoral or illegal conduct will be grounds for immediate removal. Parent/Guardian are responsible for child behavior at all times. ACTS of GOD: Mercer County Choppers shall not be liable for events beyond their control which interfere with guest(s) occupancy including but not limited to Acts of God, Governmental agencies, fire, strikes, war, and inclement weather. No refund or rebate will be offered in these circumstances.RIGHT of ENTRY: Mercer County Choppers reserves the right to enter unit at any time to investigate disturbances, check occupancy, check for damage or to make repairs, alterations or improvements thereto as owners/employees may deem appropriate. INDEMNIFICATION AN HOLD HARMLESS: Guest(s) agree to indemnify and save harmless the owner and agents for any liabilities, theft, damage, cost of expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim or litigation which may arise out of or in connection with guest(s) use and occupancy of the rental unit, including but not limited to any claim or liability for personal injury or damage or theft of property which is made while renting the unit or on the property whatsoever. VIOLATING AGREEMENT: If guest(s) violates any of the terms and conditions of this agreement or general rules/policies, Mercer County Choppers may terminate this agreement and enter premises. Upon notice of termination of this agreement, guest(s) shall vacate premises immediately and forfeit all rents and deposits. ACKNOWLEGEMENT: Guest(s) acknowledge owners operate a working Motorcycle/Trike shop below the rental unit and by virtue may produce loud noises during normal business hours which may be from 7am until 6pm.
